Educating Today's Children for Tomorrow's World |
Our schools include Idaho City High School, Idaho City Middle School, and Basin Elementary. We teach nearly 400 children in our district and employ 29 certified staff members and 21 classified personnel. Our goal is to prepare students to become good citizens in a global community. We love our students and go the extra mile to help them attain academic success. Thanks for visiting our site! |

Wildcats Today In October, the fourth and fifth grade classes had the opportunity to visit the Idaho State Capitol Building. While they were there, they got to tour the Senate Floor, the Governor’s office, and the treasury. Additionally, they were able to see the many new improvements that were made during the remodel. The following week, they had the privilege of inviting Senator Tim Corder to our school. He spoke to the fourth and fifth grade classes about his job as a senator and how he makes a difference for all of us here at Basin Elementary.
